Orders & Shipping
How long does United States delivery take?
Current delivery estimates are usually 2–5 business days for products shipping from the United States and 5–10 business days for products shipping from overseas locations. The product page, checkout estimate, order confirmation and tracking information take priority when a different estimate is shown.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is not automatically free. The customer-facing shipping charge or any active free-shipping promotion is displayed at checkout. Charges can depend on destination, product weight and the fulfillment profile assigned to the item.
How do I track my order?
Use the order-status or tracking link sent by FashionCave when shipment information becomes available. A carrier label can be created before the first physical scan appears. Orders fulfilled from different locations may have separate tracking numbers.
Will all items arrive in one package?
Not always. Products can ship from different fulfillment locations, so one order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. A cancellation request made within 24 hours may be eligible, but cancellation is not guaranteed. An order cannot be cancelled after it enters processing or ships.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a FashionCave product?
Eligible FashionCave orders shipped to United States customers may be returned when the request is initiated within 7 days after delivery and the product meets the applicable condition, tag and packaging requirements. Product-specific exclusions may apply, so contact FashionCave before sending anything back.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Direct exchanges are not available. An eligible item must be returned according to the FashionCave return process, after which a separate new order can be placed for another size or product.
Who pays return shipping?
For an eligible FashionCave return, return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return resulted from an incorrect or damaged item. Original shipping and handling charges are normally non-refundable.
How long does a return refund take?
After an authorized return reaches the designated return location, inspection and processing generally take 5–7 business days. FashionCave then issues the applicable refund through the original payment method; the bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
Which categories are normally final sale?
Categories such as beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates or lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and open-pack wholesale orders may be final sale or non-returnable. Review product-specific information and contact FashionCave before ordering when eligibility is unclear.

What currency are prices shown in?
FashionCave is configured for United States Dollar pricing. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fee when relevant.
What should I do if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Email support@fashioncave.us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Are taxes or duties included?
Any tax collected by the store is shown at checkout. Additional duties or import charges can depend on the destination and applicable law. The checkout total and destination rules should be reviewed before ordering.
